	Technical Support Contract (TSC) - Technical Support for Setting-up & Configuration
	Developer Technical Support Contract (DEV-TSC) - Technical Support for Development Software

With this option, you'll receive technical support for setting-up and configuration of Brekeke's software products. All technical support will be provided to you remotely via emails. Support may be provided by telephone, IM, or accessing customer's server remotely when Brekeke support team determines that it is necessary.

* In Brekeke’s sole discretion, Brekeke may provide support via IM, telephone, or remote access.
** Under the Annual plan, the plan will automatically terminate when support time exceeds 12 hours. Both Annual and Hourly plan the contract will automatically terminated after 1 calendar year.
*** Closed on U.S. Holidays

With this option, you'll receive technical support for Brekeke's development software products (SIP SDK, Brekeke PAL, Plug-ins, etc.). All technical support will be provided to you remotely via emails. Support may be provided by telephone, IM, or accessing customer's server remotely when Brekeke support team determines that it is necessary.
