BREKEKE SOFTWARE LICENSE TRANSFER POLICY

Effective: October 1, 2008

Brekeke Software’s License Transfer Policy has been established to provide customers with enhanced flexibility to leverage their investments in Brekeke software.

License Transfer:

Device* Transfers: Movement of a license from one device to another device (Includes OS Transfers)

*The physical hardware on which the Brekeke software is installed.

Policy Summary:

Please note that Brekeke reserves the right to update the License Transfer Policy ("Policy") and/or this Policy Overview at any time without notice.

Transfer Type: Device Transfer
Restriction: Transfer License available for commercial license only
Limit of Transfer: 3 times per license ID

Additional License Transfer Policy Details:

The user of the software may reassign the license to another device three times. If you reassign the license, that other device becomes the "licensed device". After the transfer, you must completely remove the Software from the former device.
