Brekeke Software announces partnership with SoftAgency Co. Ltd., to develop a Computer Telephony Integration application based on Instant Messenger
SAN MATEO, Calif., October 18, 2005 -- Brekeke Software, Inc., an emerging leader in voice and data communications technology today announced their partnership with SoftAgency Co. Ltd., to develop a Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) application, based on Instant Messenger (IM). The partnership and development of this new technology, offered at an affordable price, ensures the accessibility of these features for businesses of all sizes.
Featuring "Presence" Functionality
The application being developed by SoftAgency and Brekeke plans to use IM functionality in coordination with CTI and IP-PBX technology to deliver data directly to a user's desktop. Instant Messenger, which includes Presence functionality - the function of being able to see if people are logged in on the network, would make it possible to see if users are on the phone, away from their desk, or busy, for example. Combining CTI and IP-PBX functionality with Instant Messenger features allows users to respond in real time, further increasing business efficiency.
