Brekeke Debuts Brekeke SIP Server 2.0


Brekeke Renames and Upgrades OnDO SIP Server with 2.0 Release

SAN MATEO, Calif., October 17, 2006 ­ Brekeke Software, Inc., provider of voice and data communications technology, today announced that version 2.0 of OnDO SIP Server has been renamed to Brekeke SIP Server and new features added with the 2.0 release scheduled for next month.

In addition to overall quality and performance improvements, Brekeke SIP Server will be embedded in Brekeke PBX to handle authentication and call routing functions.

New features of Brekeke SIP Server include Dial Plan Plug-in, Redirect Feature (by sending 3xx response), DNS SRV for detecting a session destination, and Multiple Domains which allow one server to act as multiple servers.

Specific Brekeke SIP Server 2.0 enhancements include:
  • Allows use of other UDP port besides 5060 and TCP port for embedded HSQL database connection can be any other TCP port besides port 9001
  • Supports IMPORT and EXPORT of Dial Plan Rules
  • Allows IP Address Filtering
  • Enhanced Graphical User Interface

    • Pricing
    Current OnDO SIP Server users can upgrade to Brekeke SIP Server 2.0 for only $50 upon its release this Fall. For new users, Brekeke SIP Server 2.0 pricing will be $300 for a General Use license.

    Support and Availability
    Brekeke SIP Server 2.0 Beta is available for download and evaluation from Brekeke's website (http://www.brekeke.com/) before its official release. The Standard Release of Brekeke SIP Server 2.0 is planned for release Fall 2006.
