At Brekeke Software, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. However, in the event that a customer is not satisfied, the software was delivered damaged, or defective, we will exchange the software within 30 days from the date of purchase.

• We do not offer refunds for any product or internet download version of our programs. All sales are final upon purchase.

• We do not offer returns, or refunds, on custom software.
• We do not offer returns, refunds, or license transfer codec G.729 license (optional purchase for Brekeke PBX).
